No accessibility to customer service on the App. They dont seem to care about helping me I dont want to bother with them. No issues with prices etc
Very bad service
Cannot contact the customer service could not contact any customer service numbers no one picks up the phone. No one answers the phone.
No one responds to a request and you make us take the credit cards and you dont give us rewards on time. Are we cannot use the watch please call me back

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE NO PRODUCTS RECIEVED
I was given a vis gift card for Mother's Day. I made an online purchase . Not items were delivered and instead placed on hold more than three calls to customer service and still nothing but small charges that add up to more than the purchase first approved.

Never received part of my order and was sent a note that ups delivered the entire order.
Never received part of order (white wine glasses!!) but paid in full.
Need glasses sent asap as bought them for a party next weekend.
Please help. Only the glasses are missing!

Verified ReviewerI ordered a king-size headboard and the wrong one was delivered today. I had additional problems in resolving issues about orders placed, then cancelled—charges continue to appear on my account.
The wrong headboard was delivered and will not be picked up for return until 11/5.
Additional items charged to my account and not yet delivered and hassles about cancelling. My account balance is not correct.

Problems are ongoing, with no end in sight.
Use it.
2) When you start swearing, we have the right to hang up on you. And we will. Calm down. The world isn't going to revolve around your $20 order with 15% off.
3) The return policy is very lenient.
CB will send replacements for just about everything at no cost to you. Even furniture. You're welcome!
4) Those of us that were trained properly apologize for those who were not. The problem is CB doesn't have any consistency in training so most of us are picking up the slack for the idiots.
5) We are on a rating system with a skewed metric - so you may be unhappy with the company but the agent was great.
It doesn't matter, the nice agent gets slammed for a job well done anyway.
6) There is no winning with most of you. It's amazing how some of you are even able to walk out your front door without assistance. We can't fix everything, and it's unrealistic of you to think that we can.
7) Bridezillas.
8) We aren't paid a living wage, so when you cry about your $5000 sofa, most of us are never going care how "bad" you have it, waiting for delivery in a 4 hour window. Suck it up.
They'll get there when they get there. No, we can't call that driver, either.
9) We are not the IT department, so we do not have anything to do with why your password isn't working. Reset it.
10) Our wait times are bad because people jam up the lines with stupid questions like "How do I reset my password?". We're overworked and have about an hour of work to do in 3 minutes.
Yes, that's right. 3 minutes.
When you call or chat? There are 900 people ahead of you on any given day.
You're not more special than anyone else.
A harsh reality for most of you.
The problems at CB: flawed systems and no leadership. First World problems!

Problem with order pickup
I had placed the order with the intention of picking it up. I live in WI and my store is in Geneva, IL.
I frequently go down to Geneva, and had planned to pick it up then.
I was a little surprised when I was notified the item came in that I was only given one week to p/u. Five days before my week was up I came down with covid. I tried to contact the store several times to ask them to ship it, but the phone # wasn't working.
Called national cu; they had same phone. They sent an email to Geneva explaining request.
Will call me before end of day with update.
I will be VERY DISTRESSED if this order goes back into stock, and is then unavailable. I have ordered custom window treatments specifically to coordinate with this duvet.

Verified ReviewerOrder 2 sofas in Feb. one just came in July and they told me now there are no more in stock.
Waited 5 months on 1/2 order to arrive and then told the 2nd sofa could not come. Will never order from them again. Fortunately they let me return the 1 sofa since I needed two.

I placed my order online 3 weeks ago. Was charged immediately. Never recieved order confirmation or any info about my order. Calling them 3 days in a row just to listen to music for hours!
Never received my order. Impossible to contact them, customer service just doesn't exist!! Should have read reviews before ordering...

They kept me on hold for 30 mins and kept advising me to chat online, so I initiated a chat. They said they were having trouble with their codes and to go ahead and place the order and get an order number.
Sam would then manually input the code. I tried to check out, but their checkout froze two times. I texted Sam back, but he had disconnected!!
Very frustrating!
Now I will have to drive to Westport CT to personally make the order. My Pottery Barn, West Elm, and Burrows orders went so smoothly!
