Order 2 sofas in Feb. one just came in July and they told me now there are no more in stock.

Waited 5 months on 1/2 order to arrive and then told the 2nd sofa could not come. Will never order from them again. Fortunately they let me return the 1 sofa since I needed two.

I placed my order online 3 weeks ago. Was charged immediately. Never recieved order confirmation or any info about my order. Calling them 3 days in a row just to listen to music for hours!

10 percent offer code

They kept me on hold for 30 mins and kept advising me to chat online, so I initiated a chat. They said they were having trouble with their codes and to go ahead and place the order and get an order number.

Sam would then manually input the code. I tried to check out, but their checkout froze two times. I texted Sam back, but he had disconnected!!

Very frustrating!

Now I will have to drive to Westport CT to personally make the order. My Pottery Barn, West Elm, and Burrows orders went so smoothly!

Incompetent staff

Disconnected accidentally and never called back. Also, wont allow clients with drinks to walk inside store. Crazy times.

Missing items that I paid for.

I ordered 3 dining chairs at $300 apiece 6 weeks ago. They were IN STOCK ITEMS.

These chairs shipped with a delivery date oof weds dec 22nd. They never arrived and I waited 45 minutesON HOLD with their customer service they have no idea where my chairs are.

This is only one problem Ive had with them this year. I am DONE with Crate and Barrel.

Walls marred by furniture delivery people

I had a bed delivered by Crate and Barrel delivery people, and one bed taken away. There was so much damage done to my walls that I have to get the whole entryway stairway repainted.

The last time I had this done the cost was $3,000.

I reported the problem to C and B and they said they started the claims process. That was six weeks ago and I have not heard from them again.

It is not right that I should have to have my walls re-done because of sloppy work done by C and B delivery people.

Cant find previous email u sent re: delayed order.

Why cant someone just answer the phone?

Ordere was delayed since last nov. Finally u said not available when I checked but u were sending me something but cant find info

Terrible customer service.

I texted about an item that was delivered today. It was the wrong item.

No response. So I started an online chat and to continue you want me to pay. No.

I didn't make the mistake. And of course calling is taking forever.

Lakin Teak Extendable Dining Table

I live just outside London in the UK. I am thinking of purchasing the Lakin Teak dining table which has a product code SKU 462029.

Could this be shipped to the UK by you, and how much would the shipping cost in addition to the price of the table? How long approximately does delivery take?

This is a very heavy table. It was delivered to me wrapped solely in thin bubble wrap which of course was torn. There were several dings and scratches.

Terrible experience with Crate and Barrel

I echo all the complaints about the Folio chairs and the terrible Crate and Barrel "customer service" (disservice is more like it). When the pandemic hit and I was spending so much more time at home, I suddenly noticed that my dining chairs had huge ugly bare spots where the material had peeled away, and many other spots that were cracking.

I was ashamed to have them in my house, and actually grateful that during Covid we weren't hosting guests who would see this horror show.

After reading so many similar complaints about these chairs online, I believed Crate and Barrel would take responsibility for this known defect in their expensive product. Wrong!

In a nutshell, they insulted me by saying it was normal "wear and tear." In a followup email, they had the nerve to state: "The average lifespan of any of our furniture pieces is 7 years," and offer me 15% off a new purchase. And finally, when I tried to post a negative review of the Folio chairs on the Crate and Barrel website, it was rejected!

Well I reject Crate and Barrel!
