spoke to manager at park meadows - chairs are in! salepeople never followed up or called... he is delivering chairs and taking back the loaners -- also was very nice and apologized profusely. all good.

manager made it right - chairs are in - all is good. they still have a crazy ordering system but the manager cared enough to get things right. John was excellent.
