Unbelievably horrible customer service

Delivered a damaged piece of furniture and was told I would get a gift card because of it. The link they sent for the ecard was completely blank.

I emailed screenshots showing there was no way to access it which every attempt was ignored and called numerous times (each time waiting on hold approx 30 mins before actually speaking to someone) who then would transfer me to someone else and keep me on hold another 30 mins instead of dealing with the issue itself.

It has been TWO MONTHS and not a single person will fix this or escalate to a manager. I am in disbelief and will rest assured never order furniture from this company again.

The manager was so rude with returning 3 items that was inadvertently delivered tow home I yet to purchase. I also was returning 2 items that I did purchase.

The manager on 6/1/24 at 11:00 was a man and he accused of wanting money for the things I did not pay for, after I explained what had happen. He was totally rude!!!

I am not asking for anything with this complaint, just want to report it so it does not happen again or to anyone else. Thank you, Jennefer Haubrich

The most frustrating furniture purchase i have ever experienced!!

The only reason I'm writing this review is to let people know how terrible this company is. Not only their products are over priced but also the customer service is REALLY POOR.

I have bought a couch to order it was suppose to be ready in approximately 45 days BUT the company keeps postponing the delivery. Now I have to wait 2 more months and there is no guarantee. I wanted to cancel the order all together BUT they wouldn't give me a refund.

Now I'm in a big dispute with them. MY ADVICE, DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM CRATE AND BARREL

Crate and Barrel - Spent $1000, received broken goods and can’t get ANY response from...

Purchased Weber grill, as well as on-site assembly which revealed a broken piece that required a new replacement grill. For over a month, I have been battling with a pathetic Customer Service Dept that cant seem to have the old grill picked up and deliver a new one.

Tomorrow, Im calling the president of Crate and Barrel. Im shocked at the complete incompetence.

I have been trying to call Crate and Barell for days and it is always busy.

I tried the text message customer service and I have to pay $5 to speak to someone that isnt a computer. There is no customer service. You charges my card for an online purchase and three weeks have passed and I never got a confirmation email

Our Folio dining chairs have cracked . We rarely use them, and the leather looks worn and the backs have cracked. These are not cheap chairs.

Delivery drivers

The driver ran over my sod, didnt even have the courtesy to tell me. I have pictures of my yard.to show you.

The company was Personal Touch Delivery.

I had to hire someone to repair the fee was 250.00. I would like to be reimbursed for this.

Cannot contact the customer service could not contact any customer service numbers no one picks up the phone. No one answers the phone.

No one responds to a request and you make us take the credit cards and you dont give us rewards on time. Are we cannot use the watch please call me back

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE NO PRODUCTS RECIEVED

I was given a vis gift card for Mother's Day. I made an online purchase . Not items were delivered and instead placed on hold more than three calls to customer service and still nothing but small charges that add up to more than the purchase first approved.
