UNBELIEVABLY UNORGANIZED AND UNHELPFUL
We ordered a large stock sectional sofa in May. it was delivered after multiple date changes (by Fragile
Pack) but did not look the same as showroom.
It had a blueish tint in our room so we asked to special order a basic taupe color. This was after we got rid of all our original sofas. Again, multiple date changes to pick this up and then leave us with nothing while in production. No offer to leave or replace something to sit on for the next 5 months.
Finally, after again multiple date changes to be there to deliver we received 4 pieces of a 5 piece set.
Now waiting to either get another whole sofa or find missing piece.. NIGHTMARE!!

Mason bedroom furniture delivered August 7, 2024
The furniture has a very bad gas mold musty oder coming from it, had to close off room got very ill yesterday from strong mold gas musty oder it is now 5:27 am August 8,2024 the oder is no better is located in a/c controlled room will be weeks maybe months maybe never be able to use the furniture.
Severe headache and sinus headache my throat felt like was closing up, having problems breathing, was in room putting lamps on furniture and do a few things in the room started getting a bad headache throat bothered me head felt like it was exploding immediately sprayed my nose put hot towels on my face..tried wearing a face mask did not help .
this matter needs immediate attention as I have to pass through the room to get to master bedroom from main part of home..
Please call asap.
Please have someone remove furniture asap and bring furniture with no gas musty gas mold oder ,it is super strong..
This should not happen to anyone, where was the furniture stored sure was not a a/c environment..
It stinks so bad..

I wasnt a pissed customer. I just had a question about a product.
I find it interesting that no one picked up at all.

Complaints of employee
The manager was so rude with returning 3 items that was inadvertently delivered tow home I yet to purchase. I also was returning 2 items that I did purchase.
The manager on 6/1/24 at 11:00 was a man and he accused of wanting money for the things I did not pay for, after I explained what had happen. He was totally rude!!!
I am not asking for anything with this complaint, just want to report it so it does not happen again or to anyone else. Thank you, Jennefer Haubrich

The only reason I'm writing this review is to let people know how terrible this company is. Not only their products are over priced but also the customer service is REALLY POOR.
I have bought a couch to order it was suppose to be ready in approximately 45 days BUT the company keeps postponing the delivery. Now I have to wait 2 more months and there is no guarantee. I wanted to cancel the order all together BUT they wouldn't give me a refund.
Now I'm in a big dispute with them. MY ADVICE, DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM CRATE AND BARREL

I wrote a letter to the president of Crate and Barrel and have received no response. I have now requested a refund on my credit card.
Purchased Weber grill, as well as on-site assembly which revealed a broken piece that required a new replacement grill. For over a month, I have been battling with a pathetic Customer Service Dept that cant seem to have the old grill picked up and deliver a new one.
Tomorrow, Im calling the president of Crate and Barrel. Im shocked at the complete incompetence.

I have noticed that they have been deducing money from my PayPal for 2 months for some sort of an automatic payment .. They dont answer the phone..

I have been trying to call Crate and Barell for days and it is always busy.
I tried the text message customer service and I have to pay $5 to speak to someone that isnt a computer. There is no customer service. You charges my card for an online purchase and three weeks have passed and I never got a confirmation email

I have not been able to contact a customer service agent. You make it very difficult to contact anyone.
I placed an order online in early December. I never received a confirmation email but you charged my credit card. Three weeks later I have not received my order nor have been able to track it.

The company was Personal Touch Delivery.
I had to hire someone to repair the fee was 250.00. I would like to be reimbursed for this.
